~Commercial work is any artwork that is intended for sale/mass production into anything such as enamel pins, stickers, shirts, prints etc. Pricing for Commercial work is determined by the scope of the project and the specific uses agreed upon. ~

Vector

Vectoring is typically needed by those wishing to turn their artwork into enamel pins. Sometimes the manus will vector your artwork for free, but it is not guaranteed that your artistic style will survive their vectoring process. That is where my service can be beneficial for maintaining your artistic vision.

_{Please CAREFULLY READ ALL the following terms before commissioning me. If you wish to commission me, you will be paying for my artstyle as shown on my price sheet and social media. I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.Disclaimer: Vector Services are excluded from most of this TOS as the artwork is the property of the client. Please email me at [email protected] to initiate an order.Alright onto the fun stuff :3!}Things I Will and Will Not Draw_{Will Draw: Your OC's (furries welcome!) / fanart / pets & animals / your personal in-game characters / pre-existing fantasy creatures or characters / Your DND characters you have already designed / anime versions of you or consenting friends or family.
Will Not Draw: Fully nude NSFW/ Excessive Gore / Political Art / illegal Activity / Original Characters belonging to someone other the client / Tracing or Plagiarizing another artist's work / exact pose or reference coming from another artist's workPhew! these items above are subject to change and evolve over time, so please be sure to check back before filling out the commission form!}Commission Requirements_{The client must be at least 18 years of age and complete my comission form. This is a partnership, and as such, I expect to be treated with the same patience and respect that I show to you, my client, in kind. I also reserve the right to cancel the commission at any point in the process for any reason.

_{Commercial clients are only allowed to uses the art piece for the specific use agreed upon between Sugarries Art and the client. Example being if the piece was agreed upon to be used on shirts that does not mean the client can then use the art piece on prints. The art piece must be used solely on the agreed upon item.}Process
_{Upon submitting your commission application, please allow up to 1 week for me to get back to you via email regarding the status of you commission. If you do not hear from me please feel free to reach out!
The email will contain the following.}

~If you require your art sooner, please ask me about rush fees.
During the process, You will recieve update images while the piece is being completed.
A sketch phase will be sent to the client for approval before moving forward with the piece. ~Revisions
_{Any large edits past the sketch approval will incur an additional charge of 50% of the original price.
Large Edits are, but not limited to: changing the character or subject of the artwork; changing the overall composition; changing the setting of the detailed background; changing the characters clothes or hairstyles, etc.Small edits are defined as: changing the color of small acessories/props , elements in the background , eyes or changing the shape of eyebrows, etc.}Payment
~Payment must be made via Paypal. An Invoice will be sent to you via email once the commission has been confirmed. Full payment must be paid in order to secure your commission slot. Any and all additional charges incurred during the creation of the piece must be paid before delivery of the final piece. ~Cancellation
_{Once the commission has been approved and started, no refunds or cancellations will be allowed. So be 100% sure you are wishing to go through with your order. In the event that I am the one cancelling your commission, you will receive a refund based on the how much of the artwork is finished.}Delivery & Posting
_{The commissioner will not receive any physical products. After the client has paid the full invoice, I will send them the finished high resolution art files as .png's and .jpeg's via email.
Every commission work still belongs to me, Sugarries Art, and I have the rights to post these works on social media, create content with them, sell them as prints, etc.
The client may not resell, alter, or claim credit for the creation of the artwork. They may not mint the art as an NFT or use in any other type of cryptocurrency or marketing. Commissioned art is for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes (this includes all file formats).
The client may post the artwork on social media for personal use, use it for an icon, profile picture, banner, etc, so long as Sugarries Art is properly credited and linked.}Final Words
